PodCamp Boston Chatroom instructions

We're going to have chat rooms set up during the conference.

IRC

To join IRC:

Join irc.freenode.net.....Then join channel #podcamp.

Mac Users

If you've never used IRC and have a Mac, you'll need software like Colloquy or X-Chat Aqua to participate.

Once you've loaded the program to your computer, run it, and then and connect to the chat room. It's an easy two step process:

• 1. CONNECT to freenode
• 2. USER MENU, Join Channel..., #podcamp

Windows Users

Those looking to connect to IRC running Windows should look at mIRC. Or if using Firefox or another Mozilla browser, get the chatzilla IRC client. On Firefox Chatzilla is available from the Tools menu.
