The PodCamp name and all associated marks are protected by US and International Copyright under the Berne Convention. The PodCamp name and all associated marks are owned by the PodCamp Foundation License.

Licensing and Liability

Individual PodCamps may license the PodCamp name free of charge under the conditions of the PodCamp Foundation License.
