PodCamp Boston Sponsors and Donors

Money may make the world go 'round, but sponsors and donors make PodCamp HAPPEN. To everyone who has contributed so far - THANK YOU! To everyone considering contributing - every little bit helps, even if it's just money you would have spent on coffee in the AM. The more resources we have, the better we can make the event for you.

  • Cash for bands. We're hoping to bring in podsafe bands for the event, and it'd be nice to pay them.

Unexpo Floor

We're also going to deviate a bit from BarCamp by having an expo floor, sort of. Vendors, partners, and sponsors who contribute $200 or more will be given a display space the size of small card table (we're currently estimating a 3x3 space), as well as an 8.5" x 11" full color sign on the wall at the registration desk. You may put anything you want within reason inside your display space. Business cards, an iPod Nano playing on very small speakers, etc. It is unlikely that electrical power will be universally available for the tables, so please plan accordingly.

The Unexpo floor is designed to give sponsors a chance to distribute a little bit of their materials - brochures, business cards, etc. to people who want them. Unlike a full expo floor, where sponsors have to worry about spending money on staffing, booth setup, etc., an Unexpo floor lets them get their message out without spending huge amounts of money on a trade show booth, with the hope that they'll put more money to the event instead. You may staff your table if you like, but you'll probably have better mindshare by presenting a session.

If you, as a sponsor, would like to give a pitch on your products or services, please sign up for a regular session or lightning talk, just like any other session.
