VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

On November 3rd, PodCamp AZ needs volunteers! We need some early birds to be a part of the set-up crew at 7 am (coffee anyone?). The registration table will be in the main lobby of UAT. During the hour you volunteer to run this table, you will be responsible to register people for PodCamp AZ, hand out lanyards, and sell t-shirts.

Some of these volunteers will also hang out in the lobby and/or outside to direct traffic, help people figure out where to go, etc. UAT has specifically requested that we have volunteers directing foot traffic throughout the day. You may be back-up for the registration table too, if they’re getting slammed. Just check in at the registration table if you have questions about the schedule or need a map.
