Some sponsorship options
- T-shirt production: 2 colors simple screen for ~200 shirts. Sponsor gets small logo on shirt.
- Badges, badge holders, and lanyards.
- Banner printing (for our awesome big PodCamp Atlanta banner a la the Boston one).
- Meals (lunch and breakfast).
- Snacks and drinks.
- Equipment: amplification equipment, mics, networking, etc.
- Misc: All money will be used for the event. Sponsors are invited to offer sessions of their own during the event, but those are on par and peer to sessions offered by attendees.
- Supplies: Sponsors can donate notepads and pens, pencils with their logo, a Staples gift card, etc.
- Cash for bands/entertainment. We're hoping to bring in some local bands for the event, and it'd be nice to pay them.
Note to sponsors: Nothing can be placed on the walls of the house, so if you have a banner or sign, it will need to be placed on an Easel standing in the room. Or, you can be creative and bring things like napkins, mugs or plastic cups with your company’s logo on them.
