During the Event: NOTICES

  • Today I heard that one of the people who is attending Podcamp Boston 2 had his car broken into. He had a laptop, and iPod (and I'm guessing sveral other things) stolen.

I don't know who this guy is, but I know that if this happened to me I would be an a rotten mood. I think that we AS A COMMUNITY should do something to help this guy out. If you would like to help out as well go to this page (http://podcamp.pbwiki.com/Help-out-a-fellow-Podcamper)

  • Norman Huelsman says, "If you are interested in starting a PodCamp in your home city and need a location contact me, nhuelsman@aii.edu. The Art Institutes have agreed to host PodCamps in our schools sprinkled all over North America. As a co-organizer of PodCamp Pittsburgh I know the value of a good location with the right technology. And we won't charge a fee to host a PodCamp. Let me know if your interested."
  • Jonathan Bloom says, "Hi, my dad, David Bloom, and I will NOT be attending the Friday Night party. If anyone is interested in hanging out, we have a car, then please contact us at: 614-207-4298, 614-648-0097, or email us at jonathan AT jonathandbloom DOT COM."
  • Bryan Person says, "Social Media Breakfast is Saturday at 7AM at Starbucks in the Westin by the event."
  • Miro says, "Upload your videos to blip.tv, tag them podcampboston, and they'll go in the Miro PodCamp channel."
  • Jeff Pulver says, "Sunday after the event, stick around for a live broadcast of Pulver.tv"
  • Chris Brogan says, "We need audio and video help for VON. See me to trade your help for access."
  • Christopher Penn says, "No registration required for the Friday night party except be registered for PodCamp"
  • Steve Sherlock says, "If you want to join in creating a PodCamp song, check out here and here."
  • Dan York says, "Anyone interested in dinner on Sunday after the show is over? Since I am going to VON on Monday I'm just staying over. Email dyork at Lodestar2 dot com or Twitter DM me at danyork. (or we can start a page here)"
