WHERE THE SPONSORSHIPS GO
Our known expenses are varied, and a sponsorship could be applied generally or to specific aspects of the event, which include:
- Evening events (location rental and food / drink)
- Parking security @ PF
- Equipment rental
- Hotel room block purchases
- Transportation costs for keynote speakers
- Promotions
- Operating costs
In exchange, sponsors will receive the following perks:
- Public thanks, both on-site and in press materials at the event
- Table space in our sponsors area, where you can make a (small) amount of swag and info available to attendees
- Logo inclusion in signage at the event
- Name-brand exposure to hundreds of media creators, plus their entire online audiences
